Service Description: This script autoincrements an ID field of a sewer feature service for Caseyville Township. It is an updated version of a previous tool which is deprecated. When run, the ID field of the input layer is checked. Any features that have empty or NULL values in the ID field will be updated with a sequential number according to the data model. For the manhole layer, a grid is required, as only features within the selected grid square will be updated.
